Drawn to your bare-space plot and built to it — carpentry, metalwork, curved forms, storerooms, closed meeting cabins, real ceilings. Dye-sublimation printed SEG graphics, integrated lighting and flooring. Where the design leads and the structure follows, rather than the other way round.

An upper deck buys meeting space without buying more floor. It also brings structural drawings, hall height limits and organiser approval — all of which we handle, and all of which need starting early. At Bombay Exhibition Centre and Bharat Mandapam the approval file is the long pole, not the build.
One shell, many exhibitors, one client managing them all. We build the pavilion structure, the individual booths inside it and the shared hospitality and demo zones — and we absorb each co-exhibitor’s changes so the organising body does not have to chase them.

Almost nobody in this market publishes a figure, because a vague quote is easier to move later. These are the floors we actually start from, and the things that push a project above them.
Small modular stands, typically 9–18 m².
Designed-to-space bare-space builds, typically 24–48 m².
Large islands, double-deckers and pavilions, 50–100 m²+.
All three figures are all-inclusive of design, fabrication, graphics, lighting, freight, installation and dismantle. They exclude the organiser’s floor or space rental and any venue-charged services — power connection, water, compressed air, rigging points, cleaning and waste removal — plus GST at prevailing rates and any travel or accommodation you book for your own team. Rate per square metre falls as the stand grows: a 9 m² build carries a noticeably higher rate per m² than a 60 m² one, so a small stand quoted from the same per-metre figure as a large one is usually a quote that will move later.

Concept and 3D visual come first, at our cost. If it misses, you have lost nothing and we have learned what the brief actually meant. Most briefs need a second pass — that is the process working, not a delay, and our schedule already allows for it.
One itemised quotation against the signed-off design, and it holds unless you change the design. Organiser charges — power, water, rigging points, cleaning, waste — are listed at cost on their own line, not folded into ours and quietly marked up.
Design, fabrication and installation sit with one team, so nothing is handed over and nothing gets lost in translation. Whether the plot is in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad or at an overseas edition, the people who drew it are the people who put it up — and the same project manager sees it through.
A first-timer on a 9 m² shell-scheme plot does not need a bare-space custom build, and we will say so before you spend on one. If your calendar has four shows in it, modular has paid for itself by the third. Advice that costs us margin is the only kind worth listening to.
Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for a custom build and six to eight for a modular stand. Double-deckers need longer because the structural approval sits with the organiser and cannot be rushed. We have delivered stands in under a month, but the options narrow and the freight costs more.
Yes — first concept and 3D visual, before any contract. What we ask is a real brief: the floor plan, which sides are open, and an honest budget range. A design drawn against a guessed budget helps nobody.
Essential modular stands of 9–18 m² start at ₹1.8 lakh, custom builds of 24–48 m² at ₹4.5 lakh, and premium islands, double-deckers and pavilions of 50–100 m²+ at ₹12 lakh. Each figure is all-inclusive of design, fabrication, graphics, lighting, freight, installation and dismantle.

Shell scheme is the organiser’s pre-built shell with a fascia name board, which you fit out inside. Bare space is an empty plot on which you build whatever the hall rules allow. Custom stands and double-deckers need bare space; a modular stand works in either.
Modular stands, yes — that is what they are for, and we store them between shows. Custom stands vary: graphics and many structural elements can be reused, but a stand built for a 6×8 m corner rarely drops into a 5×10 m inline plot without rework.
