Who we are

What we collect, and why

We collect only what a quotation needs, and we ask for it directly:

• When you send an enquiry or a brief — your name, company, phone number, email address, the show and stand size, anything you type into the message field, and any file you attach. We use it to prepare a design and a quotation and to reply to you.
• When you apply for a role — your name, contact details, the position, your experience and preferred location, and your CV. We use it to assess the application.
• When you simply browse — standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP, device and browser, and how you arrived. We use it to understand which pages are useful.

We do not buy personal data, we do not sell it, and we do not use your enquiry to build a marketing list without asking you first.

Files you upload

Floorplans, briefs and CVs are stored on our own systems and shared only with the people working on your project or your application. If your file is commercially sensitive and you would rather it were deleted once the quotation is issued, say so in the message and we will delete it and confirm.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and quotations — three years from last contact, because exhibitors come back for the next edition and it saves you repeating yourself.
• Project records — seven years, as required for tax and statutory records.
• Job applications — one year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Analytics — as configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.

Who else sees it

Our email and hosting providers, and Google Analytics, all of which process data on our instructions. Where a stand is being built for a show outside India, the relevant SOL group studio may see your project details in order to deliver it. We do not share your details with anyone else, and we do not sell them.

Cookies

This site sets cookies for two things: keeping the site working, and analytics. We do not run advertising cookies on this domain. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site works without them, though we will not be able to tell which pages are useful.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop using it. Write to info@experiencesol.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can escalate under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we use enquiry data will be notified to anyone with an open enquiry.
