These terms

These terms cover use of experiencesol.com. They are not the contract for a stand — that is the quotation and work order you sign with SOL Brand Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and where the two differ, the signed order wins.

We may change these terms. If you use the site after a change is posted, you accept it, so it is worth checking this page occasionally. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Restrictions on use

Without our written consent, please do not use data mining, robots or similar extraction methods on this site; display our content inside frames or similar navigational technology; or mirror the content on another server.

Ownership of content and copyright

The works of authorship on this site — design, text, photography, video and drawings — are owned by SOL Brand Solutions Pvt. Ltd. except where stated otherwise. They may not be copied, transmitted, displayed, licensed, altered, stored for later use or distributed, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, except as permitted by Indian copyright law and international treaties. You may of course download and print pages for your own use, provided you do not remove any copyright notice.

Prices on this site

Every price shown here is indicative and in Indian rupees. The bands — Essential 9–18 m² from ₹1.8 lakh, Regular 24–48 m² from ₹4.5 lakh, Premium 50–100 m²+ from ₹12 lakh — are all-inclusive of design, fabrication, graphics, lighting, furniture, road freight, installation and dismantle, and exclusive of the organiser’s floor or space rental, venue-charged services and power connection.

GST applies at prevailing rates. A price becomes binding only in a written quotation issued for your specific show, plot and specification.

Your brief stays yours

Anything you send us in order to obtain a quotation — a brief, a floorplan, an exhibitor manual, drawings, brand guidelines, product information — remains your property and is treated as confidential. We use it to prepare a design and a quotation, we share it only with the people working on your project, and we do not publish it. If you would rather it were deleted once the quotation is issued, say so and we will delete it and confirm.

This replaces the previous clause on this page, which stated that submissions became our property and carried no obligation of confidence. That wording was written for public forum posts, not for commercially sensitive briefs, and it did not describe how we actually work.

Designs and drawings we prepare

Concepts, renders, drawings and bills of quantities we prepare remain our intellectual property until the project is awarded and paid for. Sharing them with another contractor to obtain a cheaper build is the one thing we ask you not to do — the design work is real and it was given to you free.

Once a project is completed and paid for, the design of your stand is yours to reuse. We retain the right to photograph completed stands and use those photographs in our portfolio and marketing unless you tell us in writing that you would rather we did not.

Photographs on this site

Project photography on this site shows stands we designed, fabricated and installed. Client names and shows are stated where we have permission. Renders are labelled as renders. Where a photograph illustrates a technique rather than a specific client project, it is still our own work — we do not use stock imagery of other companies’ stands.

Accuracy

We keep show dates, venue details and specifications as current as we can, but organisers move dates and change rules and we are not always told. Confirm show dates and venue rules with the organiser before making a commitment based on anything you read here.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. They are outside our control, we make no representation about their content, and using them is at your own risk — refer to those sites’ own terms. Limitation of liability

Your use of this website is at your own risk. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, SOL Brand Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates will not be liable for damages — direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive, including loss of income or profit — arising from your access to or inability to use this site or its content, nor for delay, difficulty in use, inaccuracy of information, viruses or malicious code, or incompatibility between this site and your browser.

Liability under a stand contract is set by that contract, not by this page.

Privacy

What we collect and how we use it is set out in our privacy policy. Where these terms and that policy appear to differ on how personal data is handled, the privacy policy governs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
