All figures are all-inclusive of design, fabrication, graphics, lighting, road freight from our Mumbai workshop, installation and dismantle. They exclude the organiser's floor or space rental and venue-charged services such as power, water, rigging and internet. GST applies at prevailing rates.

Custom stand is designed as a structure rather
A custom stand is designed as a structure rather than assembled from one. That means shapes a system frame will not make, walls that carry real weight, meeting rooms that are genuinely enclosed, and finishes — veneer, solid surface, backlit stretch, glass — that a modular panel cannot hold.
Commercial argument is differentiation
The commercial argument is differentiation. At a flagship show your competitors are in the same hall in front of the same buyers, and a good system stand reads as a good system stand. A custom build reads as a company that decided to build a space. For an annual appearance in front of a fixed audience, that difference compounds.
Trade-off is reuse
The trade-off is reuse. A custom shell is made for a plot shape and rarely transfers whole to a different one. We mitigate it by designing counters, display units, AV housings and storage as reusable modules inside the custom shell, and we tell you at design stage which elements will travel and which will not.

Custom Exhibition Stands — common questions
What does a custom exhibition stand cost in India?
From ₹4.5 lakh all-inclusive for smaller custom builds, and from ₹12 lakh for Premium work at 50 to 100 m² and above. Design, structural engineering, fabrication, graphics, lighting, freight from Mumbai, supervised installation and dismantle are inside the figure. Organiser floor rental and venue services are separate; GST applies at prevailing rates.
How is custom different from modular?
Custom is built for one plot from real materials and delivers shapes, weight capacity, proper enclosure and finishes a system frame cannot. Modular uses a reusable aluminium system that travels between shows at lower cost. If your requirement is a clean branded presence that reconfigures easily, modular will serve you better and cost less.
Do you handle structural approvals?
Yes. Technical drawings, structural calculations and the registered engineer's certificate where required are prepared and submitted by us. We need your stall number and the organiser's technical manual early, because those deadlines fall well before build-up.
Can we build a double-decker?
Where the hall permits it. Ceiling height decides feasibility before anything else, and it varies by hall within the same venue. Beyond that it needs organiser approval, structural certification, and compliance with staircase and balustrade regulations. The staircase consumes more floor than most people allow for and is the commonest cause of a redesign.
How far ahead should we start?
Six weeks from sign-off for a smaller custom build, ten to twelve for double-decker or pavilion scale. Fabrication runs three to twelve weeks depending on size, and structural submissions have to be lodged ahead of that.
Can any of it be reused?
The shell rarely transfers whole, but we design counters, display units, storage and AV housings as reusable modules within it so the expensive fitted elements carry to the next show even when the walls change.
Do you install outside Maharashtra?
Yes, across India — Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaon, Jio World Convention Centre in BKC, Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, BIEC in Bengaluru and HITEX in Hyderabad and regional venues. We road-freight from Mumbai with GST e-way bills for every consignment and our own supervisor runs the build rather than a subcontracted local crew.
Can we see it before the show?
For larger builds we pre-assemble critical sections at the Mumbai workshop and share photographs, and you are welcome to visit during fabrication. A full dry build is possible at pavilion scale and we will tell you honestly when it is worth the cost.
