Modular Exhibition Stands in India
A reusable aluminium system you own, reskinned for each show. The booth design ideas show what that looks like at each plot size. Twelve size hubs from 9 to 80 m², designed and fabricated at our Mumbai workshop as an exhibition stall fabricator and installed at venues across India.

Stands we have built
Delivered projects photographed on the show floor, not rendered. Every one was designed, fabricated and installed by our own team.

Why modular, and when it stops being the right answer
Modular means the structural frame is a reusable
Modular means the structural frame is a reusable system. You buy it once, it travels between shows, and what you replace each time is the printed graphic. For a company doing three or four exhibitions a year that is a materially different cost curve from building fresh each time, and it is the main reason most regular exhibitors end up here.
System also compresses the build
The system also compresses the build. A modular stand goes up in a day or two rather than four, which matters when the organiser gives you a narrow access window — and in Indian halls that window is frequently overnight.
Modular stops being right is when the stand
Where modular stops being right is when the stand has to do something the frame geometry will not do: carry real weight, enclose rooms to a proper acoustic standard, hold a shape the system does not make, or look unlike every other stand in a hall where your competitors are also exhibiting. At that point a custom build is the honest recommendation and we will say so.
From brief to handover

Brief
Send the show, hall, stall number and open sides. We confirm height limits and rigging rules before anything is drawn.

3D design
A 3D concept within 48 hours, worked to your products and brand rather than dropped onto a template.

Quotation
An itemised quote against the approved design — structure, graphics, lighting, furniture, transport and crew, priced separately.

Production
Built and test-assembled in our Mumbai workshop, so faults surface on our floor and not in the hall.

Delivery & installation
We ship, build inside the organiser’s window with a project manager present, and dismantle afterwards.
Modular Exhibition Stands — common questions
What does a modular exhibition stand cost in India?
From ₹1.8 lakh all-inclusive for the Essential band at 9 to 18 m², from ₹4.5 lakh for Regular at 24 to 48 m², and from ₹12 lakh for Premium at 50 to 100 m² and above. Design, fabrication, graphics, lighting, road freight from Mumbai, installation and dismantle are all inside those figures. Organiser floor rental and venue-charged services are separate, and GST applies at prevailing rates.
What is the difference between modular and custom?
Modular uses a reusable aluminium system frame that travels between shows, with graphics reprinted per event. Custom is built for one plot from real materials — joinery, steel, glass — and gives you shapes, weight capacity and enclosure a system cannot deliver. Modular costs less and reconfigures; custom looks and behaves like architecture.
Do we own the stand or rent it?
You own it. The system frame is yours and we can store it at our Mumbai facility between shows and despatch it to your next event, which is usually cheaper and safer than shipping it back to your own premises each time.
How long does it take to produce?
Typically three to four weeks from design sign-off for a modular build, plus freight time to the venue. Build-up on site is one to two days for most sizes. Working back from a show date, sign-off five to six weeks out is comfortable.
Which venues do you install at?
All the major Indian venues including Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaon, Jio World Convention Centre in BKC, Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, BIEC in Bengaluru and HITEX in Hyderabad, plus regional halls. Our own supervisor runs every build rather than a subcontracted local crew, including the night shifts most Indian halls require.
Can the same stand work at different sizes?
Partly. A system frame reconfigures within limits — a 6 × 3 m run can become 3 × 3 m, and panels can be added — but a 9 m² stand does not become a 48 m² one. If you know your plot size varies between shows, tell us at design stage and we specify the system so the common elements carry across.
What do we need to supply?
The show, hall and stall number, the organiser's technical manual, and your brand artwork as vector logos with print-resolution images. Our studio lays the graphics out to the panel die lines. If you do not have artwork prepared for these formats we can adapt what you have.
Is transport and installation really included?
Yes — road freight from our Mumbai workshop with GST e-way bills, supervised build-up, show-day cover and dismantle are inside the quoted figure. What sits outside it is the organiser's floor or space rental and venue-charged services such as power, water, compressed air, rigging and internet.
Tell us the show and the stall number
We will come back with a 3D concept for your Modular Stands space and an all-inclusive quote in INR, usually within 48 hours.
